Born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the second of three children, Pamela was educated at the prestigious St. Francois Girls’ College. From a very early age she wanted to have a career that made a difference in people’s lives so she took the decision to migrate to the USA to pursue her dream of becoming a teacher.

A graduate of City College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Language and Literacy.  She then went on to graduate from Touro College with a Master of Science in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. A NY State certified teacher and she is presently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Teaching Literacy. Pamela is currently the educational Director at a local daycare in Brooklyn, NY.

Deeply involved in her community of faith, she serves as a children’s division teacher and assistant church clerk. Pamela is also the Young Women’s Ministries Coordinator of her congregation, a post that she is honored and humbled by. In this post she is responsible that the young women in her congregation receive counsel, education and support to face life’s challenges. Her main goal is to provide a safe place where each young woman can feel safe to share and be hersef and where they are not judged.  Pamela’s hobbies include, reading, singing, drama and making natural skin care and hair care products.
