FAQ

Q- My team has more than 5 members, what do I do?   
R- Split in several teams.  If the last team just has 1 or 2 members, recruit more people! it doesn’t matter if they don’t live near, this is a virtual trek, so they can join you from other city or even other country.

Q- Each member hast to sign up individually on Big Team Challenge?
R-Yes, they can sign up from the website 4rwi.bigteamchallenge.com or from the app on android or apple devices.
One person needs to create the team (see tutorial below) and that person can invite 4 more to join the team or leave it open and accept requests to join.

Q-Can I pay for my whole team? They gave the money to me. 
R- Yes, you can make the payment for several members, just use the notes field to list every one you are paying for.

Q- I paid for several team members and got just one access code. Shouldn’t I get one for each?
R- It’s just one code for all, it’s your responsability to share it only with the people that paid the fee and ask them not to share it with anyone.

Q- I don’t know how to send the daily steps. 
R- Please watch carefully the tutorials below.  You can download for free google fit or apple health.  Then sicronize them with Big Team Challenge app.

Q- Why this year there is no team discount?
R- This is a fundraising, and this year we have to pay for the app use, but it makes it much more easier and fun, since you can see the progress of the teams you are competing against, and don’t have to worry about manually submitting each memeber steps.
