LEAD!
An annual 7 week leadership program for women ages 18 and older.
LEAD! offers:
- Dynamic weekly workshops on contemporary topics
- A safe place for women to share
- Multiple networking opportunities with professional women
- Exposure to women’s many voices and life experiences
- An excellent opportunity for self-growth
- Mentoring
- Training in leadership
- Certificate of completion per level
Level 1: Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta Team Players
Level 2: Epsilon Peer-mentor
Level 3: Omega Leader
*Space is limited at all levels.

For individuals: We welcome all financial contributions and donations towards scholarships. It costs about $80 – $150, depending on the level, per participant to fund this program. 4RWI Inc. requires participants to pay about 45% to 50% of the fee. The additional costs we fund with donations.

LEADERSHIP INTERNSHIPS
While priority may be given to LEAD! Graduates when appying for Leadership Internships, non-LEAD graduates can and are certainly encouraged to apply for positions and will be guaranteed the same benefits.
